The HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One Printer allows people to create designs on a PC, and then print directly onto CDs and DVDs(9) for convenient archiving or unique photo and music gifts. The all-in-one features include HP Smart Web Printing, an automatic paper-type sensor for optimised print and copy quality and an HP Red-Eye Removal button.

The C5280 features HP’s new high-capacity inkjet cartridges(10) to enable affordable printing with fewer cartridge changes when printing everything that goes along with summer travels, including itineraries, maps and flight confirmations.

The HP Photosmart C5280 features an innovative new CD/DVD emblazon process that prints customized images and artwork onto printable CDs and DVDs. By using HP's exclusive Vivera Ink Cartridges, you can create professional-looking CDs and DVDs quickly and easily with vivid colors and crisp text.

Color Copy and Scan With Ease
The C5280 features easy one-button copying in both black & white and full-color with ultra-high resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. It will make as many as 50 copies with the push of a button at speeds of up to 32 cpm in black & white and 24 cpm in color, and it can copy full-color 4 x 6 inch photos in just 26 seconds. Reduce or enlarge originals from 50% to 400% for added versatility.

Get a full-color preview of your scan in about 12 seconds before you actually decide to scan the document. Once you decide to scan, it will be quick; it takes a matter of seconds to produce full-color images up to 4800 dpi in dynamic 48-bit color. Use the included software to enhance a scanned image or document to an unbelievable 19,200 dpi for producing large-scale prints and digital documents.

Versatile Paper Handling
This printer will handle a variety of special media, including CD/DVDs, envelopes, transparencies, photo paper, and more. The C5280 comes equipped with a 125-sheet paper tray and a convenient 20-sheet photo tray for easy photo printing.
